1. Intellectual Property & Tech Pack Confidentiality
At Zayam Sports, we recognize that your vector artworks, CAD tech packs, grading specs, colorways, and brand identities represent valuable commercial assets. We operate under strict internal non-disclosure policies: your submitted artwork is utilized exclusively for the production of your authorized orders and is never shared, reused, or exhibited without written authorization.
2. Information We Collect
We collect standard business communication information submitted via our RFQ and Contact forms, including company name, contact person, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, destination country, and uploaded project files. This information is used strictly to fulfill quote inquiries and manage export shipments.
3. Data Security
All uploaded files are stored on secure servers with restricted administrative access. We do not sell, rent, or distribute client contact information to third-party marketing services.
4. Direct Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
